This lifestyle campaign was produced for a private owner with multiple luxury residences at MGM Signature. The goal was to increase visibility and showcase the overall aesthetic, experience, and lifestyle of living at the property, not just the units themselves.
The project was designed as a multi-format content initiative, combining cinematic production with mobile-first lifestyle content to support both showcase and ongoing social use.
Hero Lifestyle Commercial
The primary deliverable was a cinematic lifestyle commercial anchored by Priscilla Moy, an established Las Vegas actress. This piece focused on elegance, flow, and aspirational living, serving as the flagship asset for the campaign.
UGC-Style Lifestyle Content
To complement the commercial, we produced mobile-shot lifestyle videos featuring models using the gym facilities and enjoying daily life within the property. These assets were intentionally organic and social-native while still aligned with a luxury brand standard.
POV & Short-Form Social Clips
Additional mobile footage was captured and broken into multiple short-form clips designed for social platforms. This content emphasized immersion, movement, and atmosphere, allowing for flexible and ongoing use.
Result
The final deliverables created a cohesive content library that blended cinematic storytelling with authentic, mobile-first lifestyle media. The campaign provided the owner with premium showcase assets alongside scalable social content, all reinforcing the luxury experience of living at The Signature.
