Golden Medina Services developed a fully original courtroom commercial for DUI Doctor, written, produced, directed, and distributed entirely in-house. The concept was designed to feel less like a traditional legal ad and more like a dramatic television trailer. Cinematic, character-driven, and intentionally self-aware.

The spot blends heightened courtroom drama with lighthearted humor, creating a memorable narrative that stands out in a crowded legal advertising space while remaining accessible to a broad audience. Rather than relying on clichés, the commercial uses pacing, performance, and visual language to earn attention.

Creative Direction & Production:

From script to screen, GMS handled every phase of production. The commercial was written by our team, cast with local Las Vegas talent, and executed using a multi-camera setup supported by a full production crew, including a director, showrunner, assistants, and on-set support.

To maintain complete creative and technical control, we scouted and secured a mock courtroom location, allowing us to precisely manage lighting, blocking, sound, and continuity without the constraints of a live courthouse environment. This approach ensured a polished, cinematic finish while keeping production efficient and flexible.

Distribution & Impact:

Following post-production, the commercial was prepared for digital distribution and promoted across online and social platforms as part of DUI Doctor’s broader marketing strategy. The episodic “to be continued” structure reinforced brand recall and encouraged viewer engagement, positioning the spot as entertainment first, advertising second.
