Golden Medina Services provided live event coverage for a Digital Social Hour–organized experience hosted at the Ahern Boutique Hotel in Las Vegas. The event was led by podcast host Sean Kelly and featured entrepreneur and investor Daymond John, widely known for his role on Shark Tank, alongside a room filled with high-level founders, operators, and industry leaders.

The objective was to capture key moments, conversations, and atmosphere throughout the event, providing the organizing team with high-quality footage that reflected both the caliber of the speakers and the energy of the room. GMS served as an external production partner, working collaboratively alongside the Digital Social Hour internal media team. Our role required seamless coordination to ensure visual continuity and cohesive coverage across multiple operators and perspectives.

Collaboration & Coverage Approach:

This project emphasized collaboration between internal and external production teams. By aligning shooting styles, coverage priorities, and storytelling intent, GMS helped ensure the final footage felt unified rather than fragmented.

While special attention was given to moments featuring Daymond John and Sean Kelly, the coverage intentionally extended beyond any single speaker. The event itself was rich with high-value conversations and attendees, and the goal was to reflect the depth, credibility, and community present throughout the experience.

Result:

The final deliverables provided Digital Social Hour with a flexible library of event footage that could be repurposed across social media, podcast promotion, and future event marketing. The content reinforced the event’s credibility, showcased the quality of its attendees, and demonstrated GMS’s ability to integrate seamlessly within larger production ecosystems.
